FORA’s extensive housing portfolio features over a million square feet and over 2,300 housing units in a wide variety of award-winning developments built over 40 years. FORA’s designs honor and support diverse populations, including very- and extremely-low income residents, seniors, families, the formerly homeless, and developmentally disabled adults. With an attention to materiality, sustainable design, dynamic programming, and community engagement, FORA creates housing that fosters connection, wellness, and empowerment for its residents and the larger neighborhood as a whole.
