We're hiring an Education Manager.If you have deep expertise in accommodation and leave management and enjoy translating complex topics into practical learning experiences, we'd love to hear from you.As part of DMEC's Education team, you'll help develop training programs, support educational events, review industry content, and create resources that help professionals succeed in their work every day.We're looking for someone with:5+ years of experience in absence management programs.Bachelor's degree and professional certification such as ADMS, ARM, CCM, CEBS, CDMS, CLMS, CMP, CPDM, CRCC, PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP.Expert knowledge of FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, short-term and long-term disability, and return-to-work programs.This is a remote position with travel to conferences and events 1-3 times per year.
