Job OverviewA healthcare organization is seeking an experienced HRIS Data Analyst to serve as a key partner in optimizing and advancing its HR technology infrastructure. This is a high-impact role for a senior-level professional who can lead HRIS initiatives, analyze workforce data, support system implementations, and help educate operational leaders on data-driven decision making.The ideal candidate will be a strong UKG super user with experience navigating and supporting the full UKG suite while collaborating closely with HR, IT, and operational leadership teams.This organization is actively modernizing and improving its HR systems environment, making this an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys building processes, driving adoption, and creating operational efficiencies.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary subject matter expert and super user for the UKG platform and related HR systemsSupport HRIS implementations, upgrades, optimizations, and integrations in partnership with IT/IS teamsAnalyze workforce and HR data to identify trends, improve reporting, and support strategic decision-makingCreate dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for HR and operational leadershipEducate and support leaders on HRIS functionality, reporting tools, and data interpretationTroubleshoot system issues, data discrepancies, and process inefficienciesAssist with system configuration, testing, and process documentationEnsure data integrity, accuracy, and compliance across HR systemsRecommend process improvements and system enhancements to improve operational efficiencyQualificationsRequired experience working extensively with UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group)Proven experience serving as an HRIS Analyst, HRIS Data Analyst, HR Systems Analyst, or similar roleStrong understanding of HR systems, reporting, analytics, and data managementExperience partnering with IT/IS teams on implementations and system projectsAbility to communicate technical information to non-technical leaders and stakeholdersStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAdvanced Excel and reporting experience preferredHealthcare or hospital experience preferred, but not requiredPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting HR transformation or modernization initiativesExposure to HRIS implementations in complex or multi-site organizationsExperience building reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics toolsAdditional InformationThis remote position is currently limited to candidates located in GA, FL, or NC due to organizational requirements.Initial onsite training/orientation required in Brunswick, GAOngoing travel expectation averages approximately 5 onsite days per month depending on business needsExcellent opportunity for a senior HRIS professional looking to make a visible impact within a growing healthcare environment
