You will lead complex technical discussions, uncover deep manufacturing and operational challenges, and architect tailored solutions. You will showcase Squint’s capabilities through live demos, on-site engagements, and Proofs of Value designed to validate measurable business impact in real-world conditions. Internally, you will influence product direction, refine go-to-market playbooks, and act as the voice of the customer—ensuring our solutions address critical challenges and deliver exceptional results.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with Account Executives on high-value opportunities to define solution strategy and deal approach.Lead in-depth discovery to map business processes, identify strategic pain points, and quantify potential impact.Design, scope, and deliver compelling Proofs of Value anchored to core business outcomes and ROI metrics.Address complex technical objections, ensuring seamless integrations with existing systems and manufacturing workflows.Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, from plant managers to C-suite executives, to drive consensus and decision-making.Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert in AI- and AR-driven manufacturing solutions.Prioritize our customers’ success above all else.QualificationsExperience: 6+ years in a Sales Engineering or equivalent role, ideally in manufacturing, AI, AR, or industrial solutions, with a proven track record in enterprise-level deals.Technical Proficiency: Proven experience designing, scoping, and delivering ERP/MES-integrated AI- and AR-driven manufacturing solutions and Proof of Value implementations.Analytical Skills: Deep understanding and experience assessing customer value chains, analyzing data, and tailoring solutions to address mission-critical challenges.Communication Skills: Skilled in creating executive-ready technical proposals, presentations, and ROI analyses for high-value contracts.Adaptability: Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, inventing solutions on-the-fly and navigating ambiguity.Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.A Final NoteWe are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive workplace.
