Mechanical/HVAC Takeoff AssistantSchedule: Full-Time | Monday to Friday | US hoursKey ResponsibilitiesRead and interpret mechanical/HVAC construction drawings and blueprintsPerform detailed quantity takeoffs for sheet metal, ductwork, and associated piping systemsCapture granular scope items including air outlets, fire/smoke dampers, and other mechanical componentsProduce accurate material quantities to support estimating and bidding effortsManage takeoffs across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining consistency and completenessEnsure no gaps or missed items in scope coverageQualificationsProven experience performing mechanical/HVAC takeoffsStrong ability to read and interpret mechanical construction drawingsHigh attention to detail, particularly in quantity accuracy and scope completenessOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple takeoff assignments independentlyTools and SoftwareExperience in estimating/takeoff software (Trimble, Bluebeam, Planswift, etc.)Procore or similar project management platforms
