Pathfinder is a brand platform on a mission to acquire, scale, and revitalize exceptional consumer brands in the U.S. Backed by committed capital and led by founders with experience spanning Stanford GSB, Harvard Law, Y Combinator, and Forbes 30U30, we acquire high-potential DTC brands and unlock growth through hands-on operational excellence. Our mission: build a $100M+ portfolio of beloved, performance-driven consumer brands. To get there, we're assembling a team of driven, hungry operators who want to grow fast and take on real ownership.About the RoleWe're hiring an Associate Brand Manager to be the right hand to the Brand Manager of Verb, one of Pathfinder's portfolio brands. This role is operations-first: you'll own the systems, reporting, and coordination that keep the brand running smoothly day to day. But it doesn't stop there. You'll also touch marketing, customer experience, and product, giving you a full-picture view of how a consumer brand actually operates. Think of this as the number two seat on a small, fast-moving brand team. Your job is to keep things tight, free up the Brand Manager's time for high-leverage decisions, and take real ownership of your work rather than waiting to be told what to do. The right person for this role wants to eventually run a brand themselves. This is how you get there. What You'll DoOperations and InventoryTrack inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers and 3PLsMaintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance, and forecastsFlag risks early and keep the Brand Manager informedProject ManagementOwn task management and keep internal coordination tightHelp plan and execute product launches, campaigns, and marketing initiativesMake sure nothing falls through the cracksMarketing SupportCoordinate influencer partnerships and brand collaborationsDraft social media posts, email content, and creative briefsQA landing pages, ads, and website updatesCustomer ExperienceRespond to support tickets and help drive improvements in customer satisfactionMonitor feedback and surface issues related to product or fulfillmentWho You AreYou're hardworking, entrepreneurial, and hungry to learn. You don't need a decade of experience, but you need to have gotten your hands dirty and understand how online brands actually operate. You're organized, proactive, and you take pride in your work. You don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen. Above all, you're the kind of person who wants to grow into running a brand yourself one day.
