From enrollment to event day, this role ensures every client is informed, prepared, and fully engaged.Our Lifecycle Marketing Specialist designs and manages multi-channel communication campaigns spanning 100+ days, multiple audience segments, and thousands of participants. You will coordinate across Sales, Marketing, Creative, IT, Logistics, and Client Services while managing 4–6 concurrent event campaigns.The ideal candidate is a systems thinker who thrives in structured complexity, moves with urgency, and maintains precision under pressure.They operate with a giver’s heart—deeply aligned with our mission of transformation—and take ownership of the client experience long before the event begins.RESPONSIBILITIESCampaign Strategy & Lifecycle ManagementDesign and execute multi-phase communication strategies across email, SMS, messaging platforms, and client portals.Build advanced audience segmentation based on purchase behavior, source, timing, and engagement history.Develop structured communication “flight plans” that guide clients from enrollment to attendance.Implement dynamic messaging logic and suppression rules to increase engagement while preventing over-communication.Ensure all messaging reflects Tony Robbins brand standards and transformational impact.Campaign Execution & Project ManagementManage 4–6 concurrent event campaigns with competing deadlines and complex dependencies.Build, QA-test, schedule, and monitor workflows in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms.Track approvals, timelines, and deliverables using systems such as Asana and Slack.Oversee translation and localization workflows when required.Anticipate bottlenecks and adjust timelines proactively to meet event deadlines.Cross-Functional LeadershipServe as the operational hub between Sales, Marketing, Creative, IT, Logistics, and Client Service teams.Create detailed project briefs outlining messaging objectives, audience segments, and calls to action.Manage stakeholder approvals while maintaining clarity and forward momentum.Ensure alignment between communication strategy and operational realities.Data & OptimizationAnalyze performance metrics including open rates, click-through rates, scheduling conversions, and attendance trends.Identify patterns and refine segmentation and cadence to improve results.Contribute to reducing client service tickets through proactive communication strategy.Continuously optimize workflows to increase efficiency and engagement.Process & Systems ImprovementDocument best practices and build scalable communication systems.Support enhancements to CRM and automation tools.Improve operational precision across campaigns.REQUIREMENTS3–6+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM campaign management, event communications, or similar roles.Experience managing multi-channel campaigns at scale.Proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or comparable platforms.Experience with project management systems such as Asana.Strong analytical and reporting skills.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience with multilingual communications is a plus.Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.Soft SkillsPassion for personal development and delivering transformational experiences at scale.Systems-oriented thinker who enjoys solving operational complexity.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Calm and decisive under pressure during high-intensity event cycles.Strong communicator capable of aligning diverse stakeholders.Highly accountable, self-directed, and results-driven.DNA of the Ideal CandidateMission-Driven: Deeply aligned with creating measurable transformation.Operational Architect: Thinks in systems, workflows, and segmentation logic.Strategic & Analytical: Uses data to guide decisions and improve performance.Detail-Oriented Executor: Maintains excellence across multiple concurrent campaigns.Cross-Functional Leader: Brings clarity to complex stakeholder environments.Calm Under Pressure: Thrives during intense event cycles.Proactive Problem-Solver: Anticipates challenges and acts decisively.Growth-Minded: Always seeking smarter, more scalable solutions.🔗 Application InstructionsTo be considered, please:Click Apply and complete the application and candidate survey via Hireology.Complete the SPARKHIRE video interview introducing yourself and sharing your experience.
