You will own campaigns end-to-end—from strategy and build through to optimisation, reporting, and continuous improvement. You should be confident working with Search, Performance Max, Target CPA bidding, and Google Business Profile integration - and you must care deeply about lead quality, not just volume.In this role, you will:Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns for U.S.-based local B2C businessesBuild, launch, and refine Search and Performance Max (PMax) campaigns focused on lead generationImplement and manage Target CPA bidding strategies to control cost-per-leadLeverage Google Business Profile (GBP) and Google Maps placements alongside traditional Search campaignsAccurately track and differentiate lead sources (GMB/Maps vs. Search) for reportingProvide clear, actionable reporting and strategic recommendations on a regular basisContinuously optimise campaigns using data (search terms, audience signals, asset group performance)Stay up to date with Google Ads platform changes, beta features, and best practicesFor more senior candidates - contribute to strategy, mentor others, and help improve internal processes and SOPsWorking hours : This is a full time role, working from 6am - 2pm EST, with some flexibility.RequirementsYou’ll thrive in this role if you have:3-4 plus years of proven experience managing Google Ads for local lead generation (U.S. B2C businesses)Experience in working in a marketing or digital ad agency.Strong track record driving calls and form leads - not just trafficHands-on expertise with Google Search and Performance Max campaignsExperience using Target CPA bidding to consistently hit cost-per-lead goalsSolid understanding of Google Business Profile integration and local/Maps adsStrong analytical skills — you can turn performance data into clear actionsHigh attention to detail and a results-driven mindset focused on lead qualityBonus points if you have:Experience with Microsoft/Bing AdsExperience running Meta (Facebook/Instagram) lead generation campaignsExperience with YouTube Ads or Google Display NetworkFamiliarity with Google Ads Editor, GA4, Tag Manager, or Looker StudioExperience working with U.S. dental or medical practicesExperience generating leads through other paid channels (TikTok, programmatic, etc.)Above all, you take ownership of your work, care about results, and are always looking for ways to improve.BenefitsWhat’s in it for you?💰 Salary: $3,000 – $4,000 per month*🌍 Full time: 100% remote - work from wherever you’re happiest and most productive🕒 Flexibility: We trust you to manage your time and balance your work and life🌴 Paid Time Off: 27–29 days per year.*Please note that this is a gross salary and that you are responsible for any tax-related procedures in your country of residence.
