AfterQuery is hiring experienced Human Resources professionals to help build and evaluate HR-focused scenarios for training advanced AI systems.This role is designed for HR practitioners who can translate real-world workforce management expertise into structured case studies, evaluation frameworks, and decision-making scenarios.What You Will DoDevelop HR case studies covering recruitment, interviewing, onboarding, and employee relationsDesign scenarios on performance management, compensation planning, and workforce strategyEvaluate AI-generated HR responses for accuracy, compliance, and best practicesReview outputs related to conflict resolution, labor law compliance, and organizational behaviorCollaborate on refining difficulty and realism of HR training datasetsRequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent experienceProven experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee relations, or compensationStrong understanding of HR best practices and employment regulationsExcellent written communication and structured analytical skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience across multiple HR domains (talent acquisition, HRIS, benefits, etc.)HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHRBackground in HR training, policy development, or HR tech systemsWhy JoinFlexible remote, project-based workCompetitive hourly compensationDirect contribution to next-generation AI systemsOpportunity to apply HR expertise in structured AI evaluation workflows
