We work directly with agents, brokerages, and real estate technology partners to remove financing roadblocks and accelerate transactions. Overview: We are hiring a motivated Business Development Representative to support inbound deal flow, generate outbound opportunities, and represent the company. This is a high-impact role designed for someone early in their sales career who wants meaningful responsibility, uncapped earning potential, and exposure to the real estate and fintech ecosystem. Key Responsibilities: Inbound: - Respond to inbound leads from digital marketing, events, and referrals. - Conduct discovery calls and close opportunities. - Manage CRM activity and follow-ups. Outbound: - Research and prospect real estate agents, brokerages, and technology partners. - Execute outbound campaigns via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn outreach. - Qualify opportunities and book meetings for partnership discussions. Qualifications: Required: - 1–3 years of sales experience. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Comfortable with outbound outreach and closing conversations. - Minimum 1 year of CRM experience (Zoho preferred). Preferred: - Business degree or equivalent education. - 1+ year of real estate industry experience.
