Learn more about us at www.e4.health.JOB SUMMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Guide clients through current workflows, upgrades, system changes and enhancements and ongoing system maintenanceAct as primary consultant for the client's solution troubleshooting, consultation and knowledge transferCultivate and sustain relationships with clients to provide appropriate escalation of issues, solution knowledge and engagement supportResolve escalated problems and issues using solution knowledge and expertiseResolve complex client concerns raised during installation, operation, maintenance or solution applicationCollaborate with business owners and key stakeholders to define requirements and solutionsWorks with key project team members to define requirements, design the functional solution, identify and resolve project issues, and ensure the IT solution meets requirementsBuilds positive relationships with business operations, ITS leadership, and vendorsProvide routine support and maintenance support to current production, and non-production, applications as assignedDocuments requirements defines scope and objectives, and formulates systems to parallel overall business strategiesStrong interpersonal skills and proven leadership skills working with complex projects and cross-functional teamsProvide knowledge transfer and mentoring to team members as necessaryClient Required QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or other Health Care related field or equivalent experienceCurrent Epic Bridges Certification, with at least 5 years of Bridges implementation experience Relevant experience of 5+ years within a healthcare environmentRelevant Information Systems analyst experience of 5+ yearsAble to establish and meet delivery datesAbility to manage multiple projects and issues adjusting priorities as neededStrong analytical and technical skills with ability to analyze issues, assess technical risks, and recommend sound solutions in a timely mannerAdeptness to learn new assignments, technologies, and applications quickly and manage multiple assignments simultaneouslyStrong problem and issue resolution experience and create quality deliverablesKEY SUCCESS ATTRIBUTES:Integrity, passion, and ethics are required  Demonstrates strong collaboration skills  Has strong analytic and problem-solving abilities and techniques  Exhibit consistent initiative with strong drive for results and success  Demonstrate commitment to a team environment  Well-developed written, verbal, and presentation communication skills including deep listening and attention to detailAbility to self-motivate and self-directPossess strong time management and organizational skillsCommitment and adherence to company Core Values CORE COMPETENCIES:High level of integrity & ethical judgementCommunicationConsistency and Reliability  Meeting Standards Additional Information401(k) ELIGIBILITYe4health offers a retirement benefits package including 401(k) with company match.Full-time employees will be eligible to contribute to a 401(k)-retirement account after successfully completing 90 days of employment.Part-time employees will be eligible to contribute to a 401(k)-retirement account after completing 250 hours of worktime.The items listed below pertain to Full-Time Employees onlyBENEFITS:We offer an excellent salary, medical, dental, vision, life, short/long term disability insurance, and PTO policy.PHYSICAL DEMANDS OF THE ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time. Feeling is required over 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time.  The ability to travel to field sites may be required up to 15% of the time.WORKING CONDITIONS WHILE PERFORMING ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable is present in only unusual situations.PAY RANGEPay range for this position is $65-95hr.
