Requirements and responsibilities

Job Summary: - We are looking for an experienced SAP ABAP CRM Technical Consultant with strong expertise in SAP ABAP development and SAP CRM technical functionalities. - The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in CRM Web UI, Middleware, BOL/GenIL, interfaces, enhancements, reports, and integration between SAP CRM and ERP systems. - The candidate will work closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver high-quality SAP CRM technical solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP developments in SAP CRM environment. - Develop custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows. - Work on SAP CRM Web UI enhancements and configurations. - Handle BOL/GenIL programming and One Order framework developments. - Support SAP CRM Middleware activities including queue monitoring and troubleshooting. - Develop and support RFCs, BAPIs, IDOCs, and Web Services. - Perform debugging and performance optimization of ABAP programs. - Work on PPF Actions, Partner Determination, and CRM technical enhancements. - Collaborate with functional consultants for requirement gathering and technical design. - Provide production support and resolve technical issues within SLA timelines. - Prepare technical specifications and documentation.
