About the Role
LiftTalk is seeking Remote Relationship & Life Coach to provide one-on-one support and guidance to users navigating relationships, personal growth, life challenges, and emotional well-being.
Coaches connect with users through the CoachX platform, helping users gain perspective, encouragement, accountability, and support through each session.
This is a fully remote, flexible independent contractor opportunity.
What You'll Do
Conduct text, voice, and video coaching sessions
Support users with relationship, emotional support, and personal growth discussions
Provide a supportive, respectful, and professional experience
Maintain professional communication standards and platform guidelines
What We're Looking For
Strong English communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills
Empathy and a genuine desire to support others
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
Experience in coaching, mentoring, wellness support, relationship support, customer-facing roles, or other people-focused professions is preferred
No clinical license is required. Relevant education, certifications, or experience in psychology, behavioral health, coaching, wellness, peer support, or related fields may be beneficial for certain coaching categories

Revenue-sharing compensation model
Coaches manage their own schedules and availability
Compensation
Coaches are compensated through a revenue-sharing model rather than an hourly wage or salary
Earnings are generated from completed client sessions and services provided through the platform
Newly approved coaches currently participate under a 50% revenue-share model
Additional performance incentives may be available
Payments are issued twice weekly through the CoachX Wallet
Because CoachX operates as a marketplace platform, earnings vary based on availability, responsiveness, client demand, client retention, and overall activity
No specific monthly income is guaranteed

Additional Information
There are no onboarding fees, training fees, or certification fees required to join the platform
Coaches are not assigned or allocated clients directly. Clients independently discover and select coaches through the platform marketplace
This role does not involve medical care, psychotherapy, diagnosis, treatment, counseling, or any activity requiring a healthcare license
Approved applicants will receive onboarding guidance and platform training materials upon acceptance
