About the RoleWe are a financing platform built for home improvement contractors and tradespeople (roofers, window companies, HVAC, etc.), helping them present financing options to close more jobs at higher ticket sizes. We're at zero on paid marketing right now and need someone who can build it from the ground up. This is an execution-first role. We have strategy leadership in place. What we need is someone who can get campaigns live fast, own the creative end-to-end, and show measurable results within 90 days.What You'll OwnPaid Media (Primary Focus)Build and launch Meta and Google Ads campaigns from scratchOwn campaign structure, targeting, budget, and optimizationManage ROAS, CPL, and CAC on an ongoing basisRun A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and landing pagesCreativeDesign ad images and graphics (no agency, no handoff, you make it)Write all ad copy and landing page copyBuild and iterate on landing pagesDevelop retargeting creatives and sequencesFunnel and ReportingSet up tracking, attribution, and dashboards from day oneReport weekly on performance with a clear view of what's working and what's notImprove lead-to-demo conversion rates over timeWhat Success Looks Like30 days: Campaigns are live. Ad accounts are structured properly. Tracking is in place.90 days: We have real data, measurable CPL and ROAS, and a clear optimization roadmap.What You'll Need5+ years in performance marketing or growth, with hands-on execution (not just management)Strong paid media background on Meta Ads and Google AdsFull creative ownership: you can design the ad AND write the copyExperience in marketing to small business owners or tradespeople is a strong plusWorking knowledge of SEO: on-page basics, keyword thinking, and content structure. Not an expert, but knows enough to make smart decisionsFamiliarity with HubSpot or similar CRM is helpful but not required (we have a team for that)Opinionated about strategy and not afraid to push back.
