We're looking for a skilled Webex Contact Center Engineer with expertise in PSTN, SIP, voice routing, number porting, and Webex Contact Center administration.Key responsibilities include:Supporting enterprise voice and contact center operations in a hands-on role.Utilizing Flow Designer, IVR, Queues, Entry Points, and Routing Strategies.Required skills:Strong troubleshooting skills across voice and contact center environments.Experience with carrier coordination, LOA validation, and number lifecycle management.Nice to have:Experience with Vector Databases (Pinecone, Redis, MongoDB Atlas Vector), LangChain, Semantic Kernel, MLOps, and Domain Driven Design (DDD).Interested candidates can share resume at: VishaliK@vbeyond.com
