Requirements and responsibilities

The Role: - You make outbound calls to small business owners in the United States, specifically HVAC and plumbing contractors. - You follow a proven script. - You are not selling anything on the first call. - You are offering something for free and booking a callback. - On the second call, our team walks the contractor through a website we built specifically for their business. - If they like it, they sign up. - That is when you earn. - These are your clients. - You check in with them. - You build the relationship. - At the 30-day mark, you have a natural conversation about adding our AI phone answering service. - If they add it, you earn again. - Same client, second commission. - Everything is scripted. - Everything is provided. - You need a good phone voice, clear English, and the ability to sound like a real person, not a telemarketer. Compensation: - $88 per closed sale. - No cap. - $88 additional commission when your client adds our AI voice service. - $100 monthly health stipend unlocks when you hit 7 sales in a month. - At 7 sales a month, you earn $716, working 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. - Performance bonuses are coming. - Early team members get priority. - This is commission only. - If you need a guaranteed paycheck, this is not the right role. - If you are competitive, follow instructions, and want to earn based on results, this is worth your time. Available Shifts — US Eastern Time: - Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday only. - Morning shift: 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM ET. - Evening shift: 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM ET. - We need 2 agents per shift. - Choose one shift or both. What We Provide: - Complete word-for-word call script. - No guessing, no winging it. - Pre-researched lead list. - You dial, you do not prospect. - Softphone setup and full onboarding. - Complete objection handling guide. - Client touch point schedule so you know exactly when to follow up. - Support from your team lead during every shift. - Performance bonuses coming. - Early team members get priority. What We Need From You: - Fluent, natural spoken English. - No heavy accent. - Reliable headset and stable internet connection. - Ability to follow a script without sounding like you are reading one. - Thick skin. - Rejections are normal. - Volume is the game. - Genuine people skills. - You are building relationships, not just making calls. - No prior experience required, but competitive people do better here. One Honest Thing: - Our product is free to the contractor until they see it and decide they want it. - They have nothing to lose. - That makes this conversation easier than most cold calls you have ever made. - The script works. - The only variable is you.
