Role Summary: - We are hiring a Marketing Project Manager to support strategic leads and manage client relationships across marketing and creative projects. - This role is highly collaborative and client-facing. Responsibilities: - Help guide projects. - Maintain strong communication. - Keep momentum moving. - Support strategy implementation. - Create an exceptional client experience. - This is NOT a backend admin PM role. What You'll Do: - Lead and facilitate client meetings. - Support strategic leads across projects and campaigns. - Manage timelines, deliverables, and communication. - Coordinate with designers, marketers, PPC specialists, and developers. - Keep projects organized and moving forward. - Ensure clients feel informed, supported, and confident. - Help translate strategy into clear action items and execution plans. Marketing Background (Required): - You must come from a marketing, agency, or creative background. - You should understand branding and creative process. - You should understand PPC / paid media terminology. - You should understand SEO fundamentals. - You should understand digital marketing workflows. - You should understand campaign execution. - You do NOT need to be the lead strategist. - You must be able to follow strategic conversations confidently and communicate professionally with clients. What We're Looking For: - 3+ years in marketing project management, account management, client services, or agency operations. - Exceptional English communication skills. - Strong meeting leadership and communication cadence. - Highly consultative and relationship-oriented. - Organized, proactive, and calm under pressure. - Strong follow-through and accountability. - Comfortable managing multiple moving projects simultaneously. Ideal Background: - Marketing agency experience strongly preferred. - Experience working directly with U.S.-based clients. - Strong understanding of marketing and creative workflows. - Comfortable in fast-paced environments.
