About the Role:- We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Admin with 10+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, and platform customization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and maintaining scalable Salesforce solutions that support business operations and digital transformation initiatives.In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality Salesforce applications, integrations, automations, and enhancements across the Salesforce ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:-Design, develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutionsConfigure and manage Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related platformsDevelop Apex classes, triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pagesBuild and maintain workflows, process automation, flows, and validation rulesManage user roles, profiles, permissions, and security settingsPerform Salesforce administration tasks including deployments, releases, and data managementIntegrate Salesforce with third-party systems using APIs and middleware toolsCreate reports, dashboards, and analytics to support business needsTroubleshoot system issues and optimize platform performanceEnsure Salesforce best practices, governance, and compliance standards are followedCollaborate with business analysts, QA teams, and project managers during project deliveryRequired Skills & Experience:-10+ years of experience in Salesforce Development and AdministrationStrong hands-on experience with Apex, SOQL, SOSL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC)Extensive experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service CloudStrong understanding of Salesforce security model and sharing rulesExperience with Salesforce Flows, Process Builder, and workflow automationExperience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIsKnowledge of CI/CD and deployment tools such as Copado, Gearset, or JenkinsExperience with data migration and ETL tools such as Data Loader or InformaticaStrong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skillsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environmentsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, or CPQFamiliarity with MuleSoft or other integration platformsExperience with DevOps and Salesforce DXKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern web technologiesExperience working in enterprise or regulated environmentsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fieldSalesforce certifications such as: Salesforce Certified Administrator; Salesforce Platform Developer I/II; Salesforce App Builder; Salesforce Advanced AdministratorShare your resume to:- alen@hanosysit.com
