About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organized and proactive Dispatcher (DSR) to manage and coordinate service requests between customers and field technicians. This role is critical in ensuring smooth daily operations, efficient scheduling, and high customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesSchedule and dispatch technicians to service calls based on priority, location, and availabilityMonitor job progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasksCommunicate with technicians in real-time to provide updates, directions, and supportHandle incoming service requests and assign jobs accordinglyOptimize routes and scheduling to maximize efficiency and reduce downtimeFollow up on active and completed jobs to ensure service qualityCoordinate emergency or urgent service requests effectivelyMaintain accurate records of jobs, schedules, and technician performanceCollaborate with internal teams (customer support, operations, etc.) to resolve issuesRequirementsMinimum 2 years of experience in dispatching, coordination, operations or a similar roleStrong organizational and multitasking skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environmentExcellent English communication skills (written and spoken)Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesAbility to work independently and take initiativeComfortable using multiple systems, tools, and communication platformsReliable internet connection and quiet working environmentWorking Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (U.S. Pacific Time – Los Angeles)Work Setup: Fully Remote
