We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business.As our Retention Marketing Manager, you will own and optimize the customer lifecycle across email, SMS, subscriptions, and retention focused initiatives. You’ll work closely with Growth, Creative, and Operations teams to build thoughtful, high-performing customer experiences that increase engagement, improve retention, and maximize subscriber lifetime value.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong analytical thinking with excellent creative instincts.
