This role requires strong clinical understanding, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.This position is remote and offers you the flexibility of working from home.Key Responsibilities:Develop, maintain, and adjust daily and weekly schedules for field clinicians based on patient needs, staff availability, and geographic considerationsCoordinate start-of-care visits, routine visits, and urgent scheduling changesCommunicate effectively with nurses, therapists, patients, and families to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling conflictsEnsure compliance with agency policies, regulatory requirements, and documentation standardsMonitor staff productivity and optimize scheduling efficiencyCollaborate with clinical and administrative teams to support continuity of careMaintain accurate scheduling records in the agency’s systemQualifications:Registered Nurse with New York License - USRN - NYFluency in both Cantonese & Mandarin and English requiredMinimum 1–2 years of experience in home health, care coordination, or clinical scheduling preferredStrong organizational and time-management skillsProficiency with scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) systemsExcellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and multitasking abilitiesService Fee:Industry standards applicable to the state depending on work experience and level of expertise.Hours:US Eastern Standard Time (EST) - 9am to 6pmWhy Limitlessli?We embrace the flexibility and convenience of a remote working environment, and you will collaborate with an international team while contributing to our growing business, all from the comfort of your home.Essential requirements:You will need to have some essential tools – a reliable computer and noise-canceling headset, a second monitor for enhanced productivity, and a stable internet connection.
