Requirements:At least 2+ years of B2B tech sales experience (SaaS, Cloud, Microsoft ecosystem, or IT services).Proven achievement of 100% sales quota for at least 2 consecutive quarters.Demonstrated ability to independently source and close new business (hunter profile).Close $420k+ in new B2B revenue within a year (or equivalent proportional performance for contract roles).Experience closing mid-market / enterprise deals ($25K–$50K+).Consistent activity levels: 12–14+ qualified meetings/month, OR 2–3 new opportunities/week via cold outreachHands-on experience selling SaaS / Cloud / Microsoft solutions / IT services.Strong communication skills with neutral or US-facing accent.Responsibilities:Generate new business through cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) in the US market.Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into revenue-generating clients.Build and manage a consistent and healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.Conduct discovery calls, demos, and solution presentations.Close deals and meet/exceed assigned revenue targets.Collaborate internally with delivery and marketing teams for smooth onboarding.Maintain accurate reporting, forecasting, and activity tracking.
