Role Purpose:
- Operating remotely, the role is responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and scaling paid campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and programmatic channels to drive qualified leads, audience growth, engagement, and commercial performance across multiple regional markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Paid Media & Campaign Management:
- Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube platforms.
- Manage budgets, audience segmentation, bidding strategies, and campaign structures across multiple markets and objectives.
- Develop full-funnel campaign strategies supporting property launches, lead generation, brand awareness, and audience engagement.
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and optimize towards ROAS, CPL, CTR, engagement, and conversion objectives.
- Execute A/B testing and multivariate campaign experiments across creative formats and audience segments.
Creative & Content Collaboration:
- Work closely with the Copy / Script Supervisor to optimize ad messaging and campaign copy for different platforms and audience behaviors.
- Collaborate with the Video Director and Content team to develop performance-oriented creatives and video assets.
- Coordinate with AI Agent Operators to generate AI-assisted ad copy variations and creative testing frameworks.
- Advise the wider content ecosystem on platform-specific performance trends and audience insights.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
- Analyze campaign performance data and provide regular optimization recommendations and reporting.
- Monitor and report on KPIs including ROAS, CAC, CPL, CTR, CPM, engagement, and conversion metrics.
- Collaborate with CRM and Lead Generation teams to improve lead quality and conversion efficiency.
- Stay updated on algorithm changes, platform trends, and digital advertising innovations.
Person Specification:
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Media, or related discipline preferred.
- 4+ years of hands-on performance marketing and paid media experience.
- Strong experience managing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, Snapchat Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and/or programmatic platforms.
- Strong understanding of digital funnels, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
- Experience using analytics and reporting platforms including Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Looker Studio.
