Our curated service combines personalized travel advice and seamless execution to deliver unsurpassed customer satisfaction and memorable journeys.Role DescriptionAs a Concierge Advisor at Marchay, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional, personalized service to our members by assisting with travel arrangements, lifestyle requests, and bespoke experiences. You will work closely with members to understand their preferences and needs, coordinate with service providers, and ensure flawless execution of each detail.
