Kelly here, owner of K&K Photography in Tampa Bay. We have been shooting luxury weddings, corporate events, and casual celebrations across Florida since 2009, and I am looking for one excellent person to take the operational side off my plate. This is not a "monitor my inbox" job. I need someone who actually gets things done, books the coffee, sends the gallery, and follows up with the vendor, instead of just drafting replies for me to handle. Responsibilities: - Inbox triage and executing what each email asks (approximately 20 per day). - Wedding timeline coordination, eventually leading Zoom calls with couples (approximately 4 per month). - Post-event content: gallery delivery to vendors and Instagram/blog drafts (approximately 4 per month). Requirements: - Near-native English (you will be on Zoom with American couples). - 2+ years as a VA, EA, or operations person. - Genuine bias toward action. - Stable, high-speed internet that handles Zoom without glitching. - Comfortable with our stack: Gmail, Google Calendar, Go High Level, Pic-Time, Zoom, Instagram, and Claude (or comparable AI tools). Bonus: - Any background in weddings, photography, or creative agencies. Logistics: - Approximately 20 hours per week to start, growing to full-time within 3–6 months. - $8–10 per hour USD. - Eastern Time overlap (9:00 AM–1:00 PM ET minimum). - Long-term role with real growth.
