Requirements and responsibilities


• Provide business reporting to enable global Marketing teams to make critical decisions and analyze overall health of initiatives, including waterfall, lifecycle, and campaign performance reporting • Proactively surface insights from reporting, turning numbers into compelling stories • Own lead management operationally, including: lead assignment rules, documentation, alignment between Marketing Ops and Sales, and improving SLAs and reduction of leaks in the funnel • Assist with the data needs for the marketing team, including standardization, segmentation, and database health and growth • Collaborate with Marketing Operations team to audit tech stack to reduce waste and duplication, and evaluate new technologies to achieve business objectives
