Responsibilities

About the Role. Our client is seeking a dedicated Industrial Interior Construction Designer & Admin Coordinator to support the design and production of high-end, custom wine cellars and bars. This is a remote, full-time opportunity with exclusive employment. We’re looking for someone ready to grow with us long-term. You will work closely with the founder to convert creative design concepts into buildable, construction-level drawings, while also handling administrative and project coordination duties. This role blends technical precision, creativity, and organizational skill. It is ideal for someone self-motivated, detail-oriented, and responsive. Key Responsibilities: * Develop detailed technical drawings (plans, elevations, millwork details) for custom wine cellar and bar installations. * Produce and update designs using SketchUp and AutoCAD. * Organize, track, and version design documentation. * Prepare client-facing design presentations and support visual deliverables. * Assist in day-to-day project coordination: timelines, file management, basic admin support. * Communicate design intent with internal and external teams (fabricators, admin, founder). Requirements: * 3+ years of experience in interior design, architecture, or construction drawing. * Advanced proficiency in SketchUp and AutoCAD. * Demonstrated experience producing construction-ready documentation. * Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication. * Able to work independently in a fully remote setting. * Bonus: Familiarity with rendering tools (e.g., Enscape, V-Ray). * Preferred: Spanish-English bilingual.
