Responsibilities

About Us. We are a growing engineering consultancy specializing in electrical design for wastewater and stormwater lift stations. We are seeking an experienced engineer to step into a leadership role—managing projects, guiding drafters, and helping us expand into new areas such as treatment plants. Responsibilities. * Coordinate with civil engineers, city engineers, and equipment manufacturers to define project requirements. * Manage and review work from a small drafting team, and perform occasional plan updates when needed. * Work with Professional Engineers (PEs) to review and seal designs. * Track tasks, update clients, and ensure projects stay on schedule. * Review submittals during bid and construction phases of projects. * Support growth into treatment plants and help modernize drafting standards and CAD templates (optional). Qualifications. * Experience in wastewater electrical engineering (lift stations, pump stations, or treatment plants). * Strong written and spoken English communication skills. * Proficiency with AutoCAD; drafting review experience required. * Project management or coordination experience with multiple stakeholders. * Familiarity with Autodesk Vault or similar tools is a plus. * Broader MEP experience (mechanical, civil, etc.) is a bonus.
