Join us and become part of the groundbreaking team humanizing complex chronic care delivery. We are looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to join our team. As a Revenue Cycle Manager, you will lead the delivery of our cost estimate function, benefits investigation and authorization process, and have a strong understanding of the fundamentals of the billing process. You will be responsible for executing the patient benefit investigation and prior authorization process, ensuring incoming referrals are processed timely and accurately, and serving as the internal revenue cycle SME. If you have a keen attention to detail, strong experience working with payers, and the ability to effectively communicate with referral sources, team members, and vendors, we would love to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Own and execute the patient benefit investigation and prior authorization process - Serve as the internal revenue cycle SME - Track, report, and escalate service issues arising from requests for authorizations or other issues that delay therapy - Collaborate with operations and sales counterparts, team members, internal stakeholders, external stakeholders, and referring physicians
