Opportunities Offered: ✅ Full-time, long-term opportunity ✅ Be part of a fast-paced, US-based business ✅ Consistent weekday schedule (Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM) 📅 Schedule and Pay: • Schedule: Monday to Friday • Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Full-Time) • Pay Rate: \$3 – \$4 per hour (based on experience) • Languages Required: English 💼 Job Responsibilities: Lead Generation: • Reach out to potential leads through social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram). • Start conversations and present services in a friendly, non-aggressive way. • Conduct research to find new leads based on target profiles. • Achieve daily and weekly outreach goals. • Manage Facebook bots and automation tools for productivity. Appointment Setting: • Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the sales team. • Follow up with prospects via messages, email, or phone. • Handle objections and reschedule appointments as needed. • Confirm and update appointment details in CRM. Social Media Engagement: • Post and engage in niche Facebook and LinkedIn groups. • Manage and update social media pages. • Assist in scheduling posts and maintaining an active online presence. Administrative & CRM Management: • Keep CRM updated with leads, conversations, and appointments. • Create reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities. • Support other administrative tasks as required. Learning & Development: • Stay current with the latest lead generation tools and trends. • Seek opportunities for professional growth and performance improvement. 🔍 Requirements: • Previous experience in lead generation or appointment setting preferred. • Willing to use personal Facebook for generating leads. • Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and productivity tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented. • Results-driven and proactive in reaching performance targets. • Ability to work independently and follow instructions clearly.
