I'm looking for a dedicated and proactive Lead Generator and Appointment Setter. The ideal candidate is reliable, organized, and confident in reaching out to potential clients through social media platforms and other outreach tools. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity with a consistent schedule and room for growth.

• Schedule: Monday to Friday
• Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Full-Time)
• Pay Rate: \$3 – \$4 per hour (based on experience)

💼 Job Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
• Reach out to potential leads through social media (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
• Start conversations and present services in a friendly, non-aggressive way.
• Conduct research to find new leads based on target profiles.
• Achieve daily and weekly outreach goals.
• Manage Facebook bots and automation tools for productivity.
Appointment Setting:
• Qualify leads and schedule appointments with the sales team.
• Follow up with prospects via messages, email, or phone.
• Handle objections and reschedule appointments as needed.
• Confirm and update appointment details in CRM.
Social Media Engagement:
• Post and engage in niche Facebook and LinkedIn groups.
• Manage and update social media pages.
• Assist in scheduling posts and maintaining an active online presence.
Administrative & CRM Management:
• Keep CRM updated with leads, conversations, and appointments.
• Create reports on lead generation and appointment-setting activities.
• Support other administrative tasks as required.
Learning & Development:
• Stay current with the latest lead generation tools and trends.
• Seek opportunities for professional growth and performance improvement.
🔍 Requirements:
• Previous experience in lead generation or appointment setting preferred.
• Willing to use personal Facebook for generating leads.
• Strong knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and productivity tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented.
• Results-driven and proactive in reaching performance targets.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions clearly.
