◽ About the position: The Sales Development Manager (outbound) will directly contribute to Bunny Studio's exponential growth by managing a team of business development reps. This opportunity is perfect for someone who wants to build a team and implement processes from the ground up! You will focus your skills and experience to help drive growth and positively contribute to teaming up with the world's best creatives. As Sales Development Manager, you will ensure the team effectively researches, engages, and connects potential customers to the sales team. You'll also provide feedback on inbound leads and input into campaign development to optimize messaging and targeting. ◽ Location: This position is available for candidates in LATAM and EMEA regions. ◽ Compensation: Experience and location-dependent. ◽ What you'll need: - 2+ years of business development leadership experience. - 2+ years of experience in a sales or sales development role with a high call volume environment. - 2+ years of experience developing SDR programs and playbooks to drive best practice behaviors and measurable outcomes. - Top-of-funnel sales pipe expert, highly disciplined, a structured thinker with execution excellence. - 2+ years of experience in direct-to-brand, SaaS sales and leadership, and sales coaching are a must-have. - Experience conducting a high volume of outbound phone and email activity. - 2+ years of experience exceeding targets by running a disciplined and consultative sales process with large, complex prospect organizations. - Excellent English presentation and negotiation skills. - Outstanding customer service skills. - Previously trained in consultative/value-based selling. - Experience using a CRM, preferably HubSpot. - Advanced proficiency using one or more sales tools: Salesloft, Interseller, Lavender, 6Sense, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Chorus/gong, and Outreach. - Results-driven with solid business and sales acumen to discuss prospects' business needs to align Bunny Studio fit before presenting value. - Strong attention to detail, time management, and collaboration abilities. - Enjoys contributing to a company culture that celebrates performance, diversity, and the participation of all team members. - Loves the hunt for prospecting and is effective at scaling their pipeline. ◽ What you'll do and how you'll make an impact: - Be a key business partner for the CEO, executive team, and Sales Leaders and identify, prioritize and deliver impactful initiatives to improve our commercial performance and client relationships. - Support the Key Account Management team in managing an extensive client portfolio of media and advertising agencies. - Provide a strategic point of view on key business priorities and challenge the status quo. - Manage QBRs. - Drive uptake of the platform from our clients and assist them in creating their creative plans. - Engage personally in the acquisition of key prospects. - Identify business expansion opportunities, analyze market potential, and target new businesses of the highest value. - Build effective ways of working with our global tech teams, such as Product, Engineering, and Inbound Sales, to progress our international priorities. - Drive insights, target setting, planning, and operating cadences to develop and execute commercial strategies. - Own improvements on lead generation, lead prioritization, and top-of-funnel enhancements. - Own the implementation of sales systems, scaled processes, and data governance initiatives. - Developing strong industry networks and representing Bunny Studio in-market and at events. - Manage and scale an enterprise sales team. - Develop and motivate a talented team of individual contributors within a dynamic, fast-paced matrix organization. - Establish a collaboration and execution excellence culture, ensuring the team consistently operates at the highest standards. ◽ KPIs: 1. Lead quantity. 2. Lead quality. 3. Revenue from outbound efforts. ◽ Challenges: - Hire, onboard, train, and manage a team of outbound business development reps and AEAs responsible for outbound sales engagements via phone, email, and social outreach. - Learn about our product and understand our customers' needs and requirements. - Design and drive the entire sales process, from prospecting through opportunity development and deal closure to post-sale kickoff with our Customer Success team.
