We manage the technology, knowledge, and processes that power our customer experience organization, driving continuous improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. Within that team, the AI Experiences team is responsible for the end-to-end strategy, development, performance, and continuous improvement of AI-powered solutions within CXO. We partner with teams across the organization to identify opportunities to enhance both our workflows and client experience with AI tool implementationsAbout the AI Experience Intern Role:As an AI Experience Intern, you will partner with internal SMEs to drive our client-facing AI solutions forward that deliver measurable improvements in containment & resolution time, and aim to elevate client experience.
