As a Senior FullStack Engineer at Manara, you will play a key role in building the tech product from scratch. You will be involved in determining features, designing the user experience, and creating the architecture. The initial mission is to provide a delightful experience for the users of the training & job placement program and empower the placement of 10x more engineers in world-class jobs. The next mission is to provide value as a standalone solution by teaching non-traditional candidates, supporting them with their job hunt, and building a community of top talent in the MENA region. The role requires implementing complex workflows in a Next.js/Node application and investing in personal growth. Responsibilities: - Write high-quality, maintainable code with unit, integration, and end-to-end tests - Work closely with stakeholders in a cross-functional team, collaborating effectively with Operations, Product, Design, etc. - Work with the latest technologies including Javascript, Tailwind, and Formic. Typescript and Next.js are nice to have - Design the architecture for our solutions, including the backend and database - Focus on business value and understand how each ticket gets us closer to our goals
