As the Head of Finance, you will have the unique opportunity to establish and shape our finance function from the ground up. This role involves serving as Ridepanda’s senior leader and culture carrier for all things finance, leading aspects of Strategic Finance, raising and managing debt facilities, raising equity, managing accounting and taxes, and more. The ideal candidate has worked in finance at a high-growth company, with previous experience in investment banking or private equity being a big plus. Responsibilities: - Lead debt and equity capital raise process - Lead aspects of Strategic Finance including liquidity and cash management, reporting and performance analysis, planning and forecasting - Raise and manage debt facilities to support company growth - Raise equity for key growth rounds - Manage all accounting processes for the company and ensure tax compliance
