Location: Remote — preference for candidates who can overlap 4–6 hours with Singapore time. Who we’re looking for: ● Detail-oriented creator or marketer skilled in uploading and optimizing short-form videos for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. ● Skilled at finding and suggesting fresh, engaging content ideas that match audience interests and current trends. ● Comfortable managing uploads, captions, and tags while ensuring each video is optimized for maximum reach and engagement. Who this role is not for: ● Candidates who struggle to stay consistent or organized when managing multiple platforms. ● Those unfamiliar with analytics tools or unwilling to track and improve performance. ● Individuals who only rely on generic reposting without optimizing content for each platform. What you'll do: ● Research and recommend trending or interesting content ideas suited for short-form video platforms. ● Post and optimize AI-generated videos on YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram with proper descriptions, hashtags, and timing. ● Track and review performance data using built-in analytics to boost visibility and audience engagement. ● Suggest improvements to video titles, tags, and metadata for higher visibility. ● Manage and maintain the overall posting schedule and consistency across accounts.
