We’re looking for a Full time passionate, detail-oriented, and customer-focused Remote Travel Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll help clients plan and book unforgettable travel experiences—from flights and hotels to tours and excursions—all from the comfort of your home.
As a remote travel professional, you’ll combine your love of travel with strong communication and organizational skills to design personalized itineraries that bring each client’s dream trip to life.
Key Responsibilities:
* Consult with clients to understand their travel goals, preferences, and budgets.
* Research, plan, and book complete travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, cruises, and vacation packages.
* Provide expert advice on destinations, activities, and travel insurance.
* Stay informed about travel regulations, entry requirements, and health/safety protocols.
* Manage changes, cancellations, and rescheduling promptly and professionally.
* Build long-term client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
* Use booking platforms efficiently and accurately.
* Recommend and upsell enhancements such as upgrades, tours, and insurance.
* Communicate with clients via email, chat, or phone in a timely and friendly manner.
Qualifications (Not Required but Do Help):
* Previous experience as a Travel Agent, Consultant, or similar role preferred (virtual experience a plus)—training is available for motivated beginners.
* Strong interest or knowledge of domestic and international destinations.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple client requests simultaneously.
* Comfortable using online tools and booking systems (training provided).
* Travel or tourism certification (IATA, CLIA, etc.) is a plus but not required.
