We are building our new capabilities to be best of breed using the latest tech available, with the Lead Engineers taking a key role on our tech decisions and direction.
We are looking for a Scrum Master to join our Tech team! The right candidate will be able to lead and coach a team in the ways of agile delivery. We are rapidly expanding our tech department, creating more teams across multiple product lines. We are looking for a Scrum Master to really champion best of breed agile processes.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coach a team in the ways of agile delivery
- Champion best of breed agile processes
- Make sure the software engineering process is as visible as it can be
- Empower and challenge the team to own and improve their craft
- Be a key contact point for the department heads as well as for all business stakeholders
- Demo our product improvements to the wider business
- Adapt your style to help each engineer and the collective team thrive
- Create a supported space where neurodiversity & diversity are celebrated and understood
- Facilitate honest two-way feedback & radical candour
- Work with the engineering team to improve and go faster with greater ease and safety
- Assist with aligning the team(s) your support with our quarterly business goals
