Goodfood is a leading digitally native meal solutions brand in Canada, delivering fresh meals and add-ons that make it easy for customers from across Canada to enjoy delicious meals at home. The company is passionate about connecting local partner farms and suppliers to customers' kitchens while eliminating food waste and costly retail overhead. The Product Manager will work closely with nearly every function, including engineering, design, member happiness (customer support), merchandising, and marketing to guide the evolution of our digital customer experience. The role requires a combination of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and empathy for our customers. Responsibilities: - Integrate usability studies, market research and competitive analysis into product requirements to enhance customer acquisition, engagement and retention - Collaborate with business stakeholders and colleagues to influence the customer journey and product roadmap - Own your respective product backlog including daily prioritization, grooming and writing of user stories, and wireframes or design mockups - Work with engineering to ensure the product delivered to customers meets its original intent and objectives - Measure the impact of your work by tying together customer feedback, analytics and other business metrics
