Advising and assisting OEF on best practices in M&E information systems development within the activity info environment and required integrations with additional data-gathering tools like Kobotoolbox, Power BI, and ArcGIS. 2. Configure the core modules of the relational database information system in activity info, which includes data-gathering forms and subforms (with online and offline collection features), the relational database references, indicator tracking system, reporting modules, and dashboards. 3. Establish and configure the System's integration with external platforms: Kobotoolbox, Power BI and ArcGIS. 4. Support other additional tasks in relation to the overall Information System development from design to validation and maintenance, including the data migration process into the activity info environment. 5. Provide comprehensive user training and support during the implementation phase of the system, addressing and resolving reported user experience issues. 6. Create the information system user's manual, suitable for training of future users. 7. Create the Information system programmer's manual, suitable for training of future information system managers. 8. Design a scaling plan for the Information System to address, in coming years, a broader programmatic portfolio and its respective information management requirements.
