Responsibilities

About Us We operate a portfolio of fast-growing virtual restaurant brands across multiple kitchen locations. We care deeply about consistency, accountability, and operational excellence — every shift, every team member, every time. We’re building a world-class accountability system where every team member is scored daily on their SOP compliance, efficiency, and execution quality. Your role is to make that visibility real. Role Overview As a Remote Quality Assurance Specialist, you will review live or recorded footage from our kitchens and evaluate individual team members’ performance based on standardized checklists. You’ll assign daily performance scores, identify SOP gaps, and surface behavioral or process issues to management for coaching and retraining. This role combines observation, data entry, and judgment — it’s about seeing the truth clearly and helping the system improve every day. Daily Responsibilities * Monitor camera footage across multiple kitchens (live or playback). * Evaluate each team member’s work using a defined SOP scorecard (e.g. station setup, prep flow, cleanliness, communication, pace, teamwork). * Log and score each team member’s performance in our QA dashboard (Notion / Google Sheet). * Add notes, screenshots, or timestamps for each deviation or highlight. * Identify recurring patterns or behavioral trends and tag them for coaching follow-up. * Report SOP gaps or unclear procedures back to management for correction. * Collaborate with the internal team to refine scoring systems and ensure fairness and accuracy. Performance Metrics for This Role ✅ Accuracy of scoring and reporting (no missed major deviations). ✅ Consistency of daily audits completed on time. ✅ Clarity and usefulness of feedback. ✅ Improvement in site/team performance visibility. What Success Looks Like Every team member has a visible daily SOP compliance score. Managers have clear, data-backed insights into who’s performing and who needs support. SOP noncompliance decreases week over week. You become a trusted observer — objective, consistent, and fair. What We’re Looking For * Strong attention to detail and pattern recognition. * Ability to stay objective — no bias, just facts. * Comfortable reviewing long footage blocks with focus. * Reliable communication and follow-through. * Experience in QA, auditing, or food operations is a plus. * Familiar with tools like Google Sheets, Notion, and camera review platforms. * Stable high-speed internet. * English (conversational or fluent).
