We’re Hiring: Technical Support Specialist – 90% home based (Lisbon). Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges and supporting customers using cutting-edge cloud and security technologies? We’re looking for a Technical Support Specialist to join our growing team in Lisbon. In this role, you’ll provide expert support for a modern ecosystem of cloud video platforms and networking products by helping customers around the world keep their technology running smoothly. What You’ll Do * Diagnose and resolve advanced hardware and software issues via phone, chat, email, and remote tools. * Maintain deep understanding of a rapidly evolving product suite. * Log and manage technical cases clearly and efficiently. * Balance incoming inquiries with ongoing investigations to deliver timely resolutions. * Participate in occasional on-call or weekend support rotations.
