Role OverviewAs our first-ever Audience Development Manager, you will be the primary driver of our "North Star" goal: Reach. You aren't inheriting a playbook; you are writing it. You will build the infrastructure for audience growth from the ground up, moving beyond individual efforts to a scaled, data-driven strategy. This isn’t a "post content and pray" role—it’s a systems-building, data-obsessed, AI-native growth engine role.Success in this role is defined as 10x audience growth within two years.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild the Growth Infrastructure: Create the dashboards, tracking systems, and analytics pipelines that measure (and drive) audience growth where no baseline currently exists.Platform & Distribution Strategy: Develop and execute growth strategies across social (Instagram), video (YouTube, TikTok), and audio (Podcasts).AI-Native Growth: Build AI agents and utilize "Clawd bots" to automate and optimize audience acquisition, distribution, and engagement beyond traditional tools.Community Building: Foster deep engagement across platforms to turn casual, passive viewers into a loyal core community.Creator & Talent Enablement: Work with our AI personalities (e.g., Claire, Nigel, Olly) to cross-pollinate audiences and maximize individual reach across the network.QualificationsExperience: 5+ years in audience development, growth marketing, and digital media.Technical Chops: Proficiency in AI-agent building and various data/marketing platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or custom-built solutions). You should be comfortable with AI/LLM tools and building your own growth systems.Track Record: A "flipbook" of past metrics proving your ability to grow and retain audiences with measurable results.Builder Mentality: You are energized by creating something from scratch rather than maintaining someone else's system.What Success Looks LikeBecause this is a new role without benchmarking data, success involves reaching the following milestones:Year 1: Analytics infrastructure and baseline metrics are established. AI-powered distribution tools are deployed, and a measurable growth trajectory is established.Year 2: Achieving 10x total audience reach across all platforms. Repeatable, scalable growth systems and clear attribution models are in place.
