Requirements and responsibilities


Core Responsibilities: - Manage incoming service tickets and dispatch technicians. - Communicate with team and customers via phone, chat, and email (English required). - Coordinate scheduling and follow-ups with field technicians. - Update tickets with accurate, real-time notes. - Ensure jobs move from dispatch to completion to billing without gaps. - Monitor priority tickets and escalate when needed. Requirements: - Fluent English (spoken and written). - Prior experience in dispatch, customer support, or help desk. - Experience using FieldNation.com or a similar platform is a plus. - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. - Ability to multitask and manage high ticket volume. - Reliable internet and a quiet work environment. - Available during U.S. business hours (CST preferred). - Experience with ticketing systems (Zoho Desk, Zendesk, ServiceNow, etc.). - Experience working with U.S.-based companies. - Basic technical understanding (printers, POS systems, IT support).
