Requirements and responsibilities


We are seeking a Client Communications Coordinator to handle incoming client calls and direct them to the appropriate team member. This role will also be responsible for logging all calls into our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of client communications. The current call volume is low, making this a manageable role. We are looking for someone who is organized, professional, and has strong customer service skills. Responsibilities Answer incoming client calls in a professional manner. Direct calls to the appropriate team member. Log and document all calls in the CRM system. Maintain clear and professional communication with clients. Requirements Minimum education: High School diploma or college education. Fluent in English and Spanish (C1–C2 level). Experience in customer service. Computer savvy and comfortable using CRM systems. Strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred Skills Knowledge or experience in the Mortgage Industry is a plus. Schedule Paid full-time, though the actual workload is closer to part-time hours. Availability required to answer calls in the mornings and possibly in the afternoons during weekdays.
