You won’t just build courses—you’ll help shape learning journeys, certification pathways, and systems that strengthen readiness over time.This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a build-and-improve environment, enjoys working cross-functionally, and brings both creative learning design and strong stakeholder partnership to their work.What You’ll DoDesign & Build Learning ExperiencesDesign and develop engaging, high-impact learning programs—not just individual coursesCreate content for new volunteer onboarding and ongoing educationApply adult learning principles to create meaningful, memorable learning experiencesDevelop structured learning journeys, assignments, and certification pathwaysContinuously improve content through iteration, feedback, and evolving needsLead Learning Strategy & EvaluationConduct learning needs analyses to inform program designDefine success metrics and evaluate learning effectivenessDesign assessments (formative and summative) that measure competency and readinessBuild scalable frameworks, templates, and standards for learning designOwn & Evolve the Learning EcosystemPlay a key role in LMS migration and optimizationDesign learning experiences directly within LMS platformsEnsure content is accessible, well-structured, and scalableBring a systems-thinking approach to how learning is delivered and experiencedPartner Cross-FunctionallyCollaborate closely with clinical, learning & engagement, and subject matter expert teamsTranslate complex or sensitive content into clear, engaging learning experiencesPartner with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver programsManage projects end-to-end, including timelines, milestones, and communicationMinimum QualificationsDemonstrated experience designing and delivering learning experiences or programsStrong application of adult learning principles in practiceExperience using e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Rise, or similar)Experience working within or building content for learning management systems (LMS)Understanding of accessibility standards and inclusive learning designExperience creating or editing written, video, or multimedia contentAbility to develop visually engaging learning materials (e.g., Canva or similar tools)Experience managing projects, timelines, and deliverables Preferred QualificationsExperience in psychology, education, or a related field (through academic or professional work)Ability to communicate in Spanish or experience working in multilingual environmentsExperience managing or evaluating curriculum, learning programs, or training initiativesExperience adapting or localizing content for different audiences or environmentsReliable High-Speed Internet RequiredMust have a stable high-speed internet connection to support seamless remote collaboration, virtual meetings, online job tasks, etc.For United States-based candidatesThe full salary range for this position, across all United States geographies, is $67,452 - $75,768. The upper portion of the salary range is typically reserved for existing employees who demonstrate strong performance over time. Starting salary will vary by location, qualifications, and prior experience; during the interview process, candidates will learn the starting salary range applicable for their location.
