From day one as a paid intern, you’ll learn what it takes to work within a successful business and acquire highly marketable skills and experience.What You’ll DoThe People Operations Intern will have an opportunity to touch all areas of People Operations/Human Resources, and be deeply involved in areas such as: people reporting, recruitment coordination, organizational planning, culture initiatives, and much more.ResponsibilitiesImprove the Employee SharePoint to be a robust employee resourceAssist in development of People Operations Process DocumentsWork alongside lead recruiter to screen candidatesCoordinate employee engagement activities alongside People PartnerWork within the HRIS to create various reports based on employee metricsAssist with collecting and analyzing employee survey data to ascertain trendsPerform research on new development, onboarding and engagement trendsPresent HR concepts and ideas in written and verbal formatConduct independent research on HR-related topicsOther duties as assigned by managementWhat We’re Looking ForRequirementsMust be a rising senior undergraduate or graduate student enrolled full time for the upcoming semester in an accredited college or university in Business Management or Human Resources.10-week commitment with availability to start mid-May 2026 to early June 2026.Excellent working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
