This role involves analyzing business requirements, creating functional and technical documentation, configuring OMS to meet customer needs, executing testing, and supporting go-lives. The ideal candidate has experience with Manhattan Active® OMS or legacy OMS versions, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in team settings. An interest in learning and expanding Manhattan expertise across the Active platform is highly valued.LocationRemote; candidates may reside anywhere in the contiguous United States. Occasional travel to client sites is required (historically 30–40%, though travel may vary from 0–100%).
