Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Business Development Coordinator to serve as the direct link between our Executive Director of Business Development, sales team, vendors, and others. They will be critical in creating proposal, tracking client programs, and ensuring deliverables are met.Pay range: $26.50/hourThis job is FULLY REMOTE and can be worked from anywhere in the 50 states of the US, or Washington DC. We cannot consider applicants who live outside these areas or candidates who require sponsorship to work in the US.Core Job Responsibilities May Include the Following:Provide inside sales support and perform administrative duties for the sales team.Research products, pricing, vendors, trends, etc, that are applicable to the role and the type of services we provide to our clients.Develop proposals and PowerPoint presentations for clients to present program ideas and options, ensuring information is presented professionally, accurately, and transparently.Develop a process for efficient and effective tracking of client programs and own the tracking process.Coordinate between departments, clients, and our product and design partners to ensure program deliverables are received by the prescribed deadlines, and assist in developing contingency plans when needed.Engage in professional and effective communications internally and externally.Provide outstanding client and vendor support, ensuring continued relationships and business opportunities.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:2+ years experience tracking or coordinating projects to ensure deliverables are metAdvanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint & strong Microsoft Excel skillsGraphic design experience a plusExperience in the casino/gaming industry a plus, but not requiredProven ability to manage multiple tasks at a time and prioritize between competing tasksEmpathic with the ability to resolve client issues diplomatically and without putting the client’s continued relationship with the company at riskLimited travel to help with events is a possibility, but not a requirement of the positionAcute attention to detailSelf-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environmentExcellent verbal and written communication skillsResidency Requirements:For remote roles, must be located in one of the 50 states of the United States or Washington DCSponsorship is not availableCore Values:AccountabilityDelivering excellenceIntegrityAttention to detailFollow up and follow throughClient centric serviceBenefits for Full-Time Employees:Medical insuranceDental insuranceVision insuranceLife insuranceVoluntary life insurance401(k)Paid holidaysGenerous PTO policyCompany-provided equipmentPositions designated as remote are fully and permanently remoteAbout Innowave Marketing Group:Innowave Marketing Group provides luxury and innovative reward solutions unique to the loyalty and promotional marketing space.
