Role Summary: Seeking an experienced Windchill Technical Solution Architect to design, enhance, and optimize enterprise PLM/PDM solutions on the PTC Windchill platform, supporting the full product lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: * Architect scalable Windchill PLM solutions. * Translate business requirements into technical designs. * Develop and enhance Windchill applications. * Collaborate with global teams across Agile and Waterfall models. * Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Required Skills: * 8–10+ years of Windchill PDMLink experience. * Strong hands-on expertise in Java/J2EE, Spring, Hibernate, and SQL. * Experience in Design Engineering and PDM systems. * Domain exposure to Manufacturing, Aerospace, Automotive, Electronics, or Energy. * Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
