DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Represent the company as its public face, delivering expert knowledge and superior gaming quality. - Maintain the company brand by consistently adhering to presentation and grooming policies. - Present all games professionally, showcasing exceptional presenting skills in line with company performance expectations. - Engage players effectively. - Maintain professional technical proficiency in all games, remaining aware of performance and ensuring compliance with company brand guidelines. - Actively contribute to the company’s continuous improvement plan to achieve future growth. REQUIREMENTS: - Fluency in English (B2+), both oral and written. - Exceptional presenting skills. - An enthusiastic and positive attitude with an outgoing personality. - Ability to maintain high energy levels for the duration of games requiring animated performance. - Flexibility of working hours and the ability to commit to a 24/7 service pattern. - Reliability with good attendance and timekeeping records. - Attention to detail and excellent people skills, essential for a customer-facing role. - Ability to think quickly and remain calm under pressure while maintaining accuracy, discipline, and discretion.
